In some cases, we recommend that customers buy certain items like light fixtures, faucets, and shelves according to their preferences. However, materials like drywall, wires, and specific repair parts are best purchased by us to ensure accuracy. We can provide a shopping list for customers to buy materials if needed. We offer delivery services for project items for a small fee. Items we buy are marked up 35-50% to cover taxes and delivery costs, so buying higher-priced items like doors and windows directly can help customers save money.

Estimates provided over the phone are free. If you require a quote in person, or if the nature of the job requires an in-person view/consultation, there is a charge, which depends on the property location. The estimate cost, should you choose to work with me will be put toward the final project cost.
